Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Napnom mobile app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies and, where it conflicts with these Terms, prevails.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the app store rules you downloaded it from.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the app and for any content or data you act on with it. Some actions may be permanent. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from your use of the app. Please back up anything important beforehand.

Premium subscription

Napnom Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Where offered, new subscribers get an introductory free trial (for example, the first month free); the subscription converts to paid automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase or at trial end. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store account settings, and restore a previous purchase from the paywall screen. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
